Relief Without the Risk

Understanding Suboxone: A Safer Path to Recovery

Suboxone is an FDA-approved medication that helps ease the physical grip of opioid addiction. It reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms, allowing you to focus on healing without the highs and lows of misuse. Safe when taken as prescribed, Suboxone works best alongside therapy and regular provider support — forming a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Answers You Can Trust

Frequently
Asked Questions

We know that reaching out for help comes with questions — and we’re here to answer them with honesty, clarity, and compassion. Below are some of the most common things people ask when considering treatment with us.

1. Can I be all online?

Yes — you can complete your entire treatment 100% online from anywhere in Tennessee. That includes your doctor visits, Suboxone prescriptions (if eligible), care coordination, and even therapy. We use HIPAA-compliant video appointments to protect your privacy and ensure the same quality of care you’d receive in person. If you ever prefer face-to-face support, we also offer in-person visits at our Goodlettsville clinic.

2. What’s the cost with TennCare?

If you have TennCare, most — if not all — of your treatment is fully covered. This includes doctor visits, Suboxone medication, therapy, case management, and even psychiatric support in many cases. We accept BlueCare, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Amerigroup. If you’re unsure about your coverage, just give us a call — we’ll verify it for you at no cost.

3. Can I do counseling too?

Absolutely. Therapy is a key part of long-term recovery, and we offer multiple options including individual, group, and family therapy. These services are available both online and in person, depending on your needs and location. If you’re using TennCare, therapy is typically included. For self-pay patients, we keep pricing simple and affordable.

4. Do you help with anxiety or depression?

Yes. Many of our patients come to us with more than just opioid addiction — they may also struggle with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. We treat the full picture with both therapy and (optional) psychiatric services, available for just $30/month for Suboxone patients. Our goal is to help you feel better emotionally and physically, not just manage symptoms.

5. What if I don’t have insurance?

No problem. We offer transparent, low-cost self-pay options starting at just $70 per week. There are no hidden fees, and you can also add therapy or psychiatric care as needed. Payment is accepted by money order or credit/debit card (no cash). We’ll work with you to make sure recovery stays within reach — even without insurance.

*Testing Kit fee(1-2 Urine Drug Test, Pregnancy Test (if Applicable), Cell Phone Stand, Shipping/Handling costs unless alternate testing arrangements made with Clinic Staff. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, a patient must meet standards, criteria, and eligibility as determined by the provider.
